At Lumenoid, we care deeply about your satisfaction and safety. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

🔁 Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

Returnable If:

  • You received a damaged product.

  • You received the wrong item (not what you ordered).

🚫 Non-Returnable Products:

  • Skincare items (creams, serums, cleansers, etc.) are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

  • Any used or opened product.

  • Items returned after 7 days from delivery.

  • Products not in original condition or missing parts.


💵 Refunds

If your return is approved (damaged or incorrect item), we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned product.

⚠️ Important Notes:

  • Refunds are issued only for approved claims.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • If you paid by Cash on Delivery, we will issue a refund via bank transfer or store credit.


🔄 Exchange Policy

We only offer exchanges for damaged or incorrect items. No exchanges are accepted for other reasons due to hygiene protocols.


📦 How to Report a Return or Issue

  1. Contact us with WhatsApp within 24–48 hours of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number, photo of the product, and issue description.

  3. If approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

  4. Ship the item back using a trackable service.
