🔁 Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

🚫 Non-Returnable Products:

Skincare items (creams, serums, cleansers, etc.) are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

Any used or opened product.

Items returned after 7 days from delivery.

Products not in original condition or missing parts.
💵 Refunds
If your return is approved (damaged or incorrect item), we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned product.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

If you paid by Cash on Delivery, we will issue a refund via bank transfer or store credit.

We only offer exchanges for damaged or incorrect items. No exchanges are accepted for other reasons due to hygiene protocols.
