Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding Fridays and public holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email or SMS once your order has been shipped.

🌍 Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all governorates in Egypt.
International shipping is not yet available.

💸 Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery across Egypt.
A small service fee may apply for COD orders based on the courier company.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email or SMS.

You can track your order via our delivery partner’s website.

📦 Missed Deliveries
If a courier is unable to reach you, they will attempt a second delivery. If unsuccessful again, the order may be returned to us. You may be charged for re-delivery.
